(Birmingham, AL) -- Oxmoor Corporation, LLC today announced its new line of consumer electronics products targeting the whole-house audio market. The ZON (pronounced "ZONE") product line is debuting at the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association's (CEDIA) annual exposition in Minneapolis September 27-29, 2002.

Having built a solid reputation for the custom design and installation of superior audio systems across a range of large commercial venues and private residential applications, Oxmoor brings decades of professional audio experience to the CE market with the introduction of the ZON system.

"The new ZON family of products offers the perfect blend of technology and features, and is designed specifically for the whole-house audio market," says Oxmoor's Founder and CEO, Lynn McCroskey.

"What sets ZON apart from other systems on the market today is that sound is delivered to all points within a home on a 100-percent digital platform. Unlike analog systems or hybrids that combine elements of analog and digital, there is no degradation of sound quality or volume levels, even at the most distant points in a home. That makes ZON Audio a clearly superior product," McCroskey added.

Because of its all-digital architecture, ZON provides systems integrators and end-users with new features and enhancements not presently available from other products on the market.

For the integrator, ZON is easy to design and install and is well suited for structured wiring plans. For end users, ZON offers embedded capabilities that simplify control and management of the home audio environment.
