New Home Developments Team With NextGen To Offer ZON Whole House Digital Audio

NextGen Now Installing ZON Audio for New Homebuyers in SC and GA

(Birmingham, AL) – Oxmoor Corporation today announced that NextGen Technologies has joined its family of ZON Audio dealers and integrators, providing the world's first all-digital distributed audio system to clients in South Carolina and coastal Georgia.

NextGen's first major projects include installation of ZON Audio in the model homes of three, upscale residential developments in South Carolina:

  • The Villages at St. John's Woods on John's Island
  • Bull Creek Plantation in West Ashley
  • Rivertowne in Mt. Pleasant

Model homes featuring ZON Audio are expected to open this winter in all three developments.

NextGen Technologies is a low voltage firm specializing in the evaluation, engineering, and installation of residential and commercial applications such as home lifestyle technologies and fire systems.

Homebuyers are now more discriminating about the quality of whole house audio as the technology matures," said Chase Michaels, co-owner of NextGen.
