Klipsch and ZON Conclude Global Distribution Agreement

(Birmingham, AL) – Oxmoor Corporation, LLC, and Klipsch Audio Technologies, both world leaders in the development of high performance audio products, today announced the conclusion of the exclusive global distribution agreement for ZON audio. As of April 12, 2006, ZON products will be available through new distribution channels as the two year exclusivity agreement with Klipsch comes to its end.

The timing complements Klipsch's recent reorganization of the company's operations where both Klipsch and Jamo products will be sold through three newly formed distribution management companies, Klipsch Group Americas, Klipsch Group Europe and Klipsch Group Asia Pacific.

"For Klipsch, ZON proved to be an excellent way to promote the introduction of our new line of architectural speaker products while providing our Klipsch dealers with a tightly integrated high quality distributed audio product," said Mike Klipsch, President of Klipsch Audio Technologies.

The change provides Oxmoor with an opportunity to develop additional domestic and international relationships to further broaden the product line based on ZON's unique digital data delivery system.

With this change Klipsch has arranged for ZON products to remain available to all their present ZON dealers. In addition, current and new ZON dealers will have access to ZON products through a broader choice of channels.
